A little clarity.
A better starting point.
New to making physical products? Start here. Project-specific details are always confirmed in your proposal.
Can I start with just an AI-generated image?
Yes. Send your concept and explain what it needs to do. An image is a starting point; dimensions, materials, electronics, and other engineering details may still need to be developed. We will identify those gaps and agree the scope before work begins.
Can you help with both electronics and the enclosure?
Yes, you can submit the electronics and mechanical requirements as one project. We review the boards, components, housing, interfaces, assembly, and testing together, and confirm which work is included in the proposal.
Do I need production-ready files?
No. Tell us whether you have a concept, engineering files, or an existing prototype. The engineering work needed to make a design buildable is scoped separately from manufacturing.
Can I request a single prototype?
You can request one prototype. Feasibility, minimum component purchases, tooling, and setup costs depend on the design and process. We confirm them in your proposal.
How are price and lead time determined?
We review your files, quantity, materials, sourcing, assembly, and testing needs. The proposal identifies engineering, parts, fabrication, tooling, testing, and shipping costs as applicable, plus the milestones required before the schedule starts.
What happens if the design changes or a test fails?
We agree the design revision and acceptance criteria before a build. If a change is needed, its scope, price, and schedule impact are confirmed before additional work. Test results and any required follow-up are reviewed against the agreed criteria.
Can I request an NDA before sharing files?
Yes. Choose “Request an NDA first” in the project form. Send only a non-confidential description at this stage. We will discuss the agreement before you share confidential files.
Where can you ship?
Include your destination country in the inquiry. Shipping options, restrictions, costs, and any customs or tax responsibilities are confirmed in the proposal for your project.
Do I need to use a particular AI tool?
No. The starting point can be an AI-assisted concept, a sketch, CAD files, PCB files, or an existing prototype. What matters is the intended product and the information available to build it.
