What the form collects
We collect your project description, selected requirements, contact details, optional budget and timing, and any files you choose to upload. These are used to evaluate and respond to your inquiry and manage any resulting project.
File access
Uploaded files are stored outside the public website and can be downloaded only through the authenticated project desk. Any sharing needed for engineering, supplier evaluation, or manufacturing must be addressed in the agreed project scope and confidentiality arrangements.
Confidential projects
If an NDA is required, use the NDA-first option and submit a non-confidential description. Do not send confidential files before the agreement is in place.
Website operation
A session cookie supports the inquiry form, security checks, and administrator sign-in. The site records aggregate page and form-step counts without advertising trackers. Short-lived, keyed network identifiers limit abusive requests. Hosting access logs may contain network addresses and request details.
Questions and removal requests
Contact tobe@shenzhen2u.com with your project reference for access, correction, or removal requests. Records may need to be retained where required to administer an active project or meet applicable obligations. Design ownership and deliverable rights are agreed in the project terms.
